Krystal Jackman, MS, BCBA is the Chief Operating Officer and Clinical Director at Higher Aspirtations Behavior Services, LLC. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst that has more than 19 years working with developmental disabilities, mental health disorders and various types of problem behaviors. She also has an extensive history of taking on forensic cases and is familiar with the legal system pertaining to the rights of her special needs clients. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Florida. She later earned a Master of Science degree in Clinical Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Krystal enjoys working with all age groups with varying abilities. She finds it very rewarding to be part of the progress her clients have made towards their goals. Included in her goals are to educate the public on developmental disabilities and mental health so there is an increased awareness and understanding. Krystal provides parent, caregiver, teacher and staff trainings so that they are best equipped to handle real-life behaviors that affect them. These trainings are based on the concepts and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis which is a researched based model and has been proven effective in changing behaviors. She is a part of the progressive movement to improve person centered treatment to persons with special needs.
